June 10, 20192 min read

• Old-school vibes
• Alluring vocal presence
• Subtle yet energetic

The colossal Dutch duology Blasterjaxx have unpacked and revealed yet another surprise, giving us listeners a taste of their dexterous and meticulous nature. While we have been busy appreciating their earlier releases, they pegged away in their studio to present us even sweeter singles. Titled as “Never Be Lonely”, this magnetic and dynamic production manages to deliver the signature sounds, without being rhetoric or uninspiring.

Talking about their recent works, the Netherlands based luminaries held up to their promise of bringing out their best with the upcoming album “Perspective”.
A few weeks ago, we talked about “Children Of Today”, which was the second track from the anticipated album.
Along with this, last month also saw them teaming up with native gargantuan W&W. “Let The Music Take Control” quickly garnered heavy support from its repeated playing in different gigs, and within a small duration, it is sitting over a million plays on YouTube alone. After all, who could deny listening to a classic styled Big Room House instrumental!

Continuing with our discussion, we will get right into the breakdown without much digressing. With a subtle and prancing pluck synth, the alluring vocal comes in. Thanks to Envy Monroe, her voice gracefully elevates the atmosphere. There is a certain nostalgic tone with the arrangement here, with a vintage Vocal Trance feeling embedded to the beat. The melody enhances the emotional factor, following a simple yet elegant pattern.
Following this segment, the drop kick-starts with a pleasant distinctiveness. The melody takes the spotlight, with the presence of ricochet-ing and harmonic synths. What makes this section even relishing and ear-candy is the groove, which provides the requisite zest and fervour without getting cluttered or hectic!

Summing up, “Never Be Lonely” exudes an old-school vibe throughout, all credits due to the well-composed production and the beautiful vocals!
