Among the uprising names in the industry, we have to admit dynamic Hungarian natives SaberZ have made a solid effort this year. And that is the reason for this particular article, as we have yet another splendid production from the proficient duology. Titling this record as “Doha”, the instrumental presents a strong and intense brew of ethnic eastern melodies with the already endeared signature sound of this two. It was released this Monday in leading Dutch mega-label Revealed Recordings.

A simple overlook reveals that this has been the fourth single in a major imprint for Saberz this year, marking their break-through. While they kick-started this year with “Rhythm Of The Night“, a smashing collaboration with Dutch prodigy Maurice West, they soon unveiled two more hulking songs in Revealed Recordings. Their preceding work “Epidemic” turned out to be a significant favourite of the label-head Hardwell, along with other heavyweights as well. This track embedded tension with a post-apocalyptic inspired break segment, paired with a vigorous drop. Talking about this single, “Doha” starts with a building introduction, keeping the atmosphere tensed with Arabic elements. Just as the intro ends, a lush pluck synth materializes to play a dreamy melody, before the riser elevates to the tenacious and groovy drop. This portion highlights on the distorted electro synths, riff-ing in alternative variation. The steady combination of the strong kick and percussion, along with the concoction of instruments pumps adequate power suitably.

In brief words, “Doha” shows its capability with the creative components, and definitely the signature which has earned reputation!
