The last time I heard a progressive house melody capable of impressing me by its fantastic personality was so long ago that I don’t quite seem to remember. Astra and Suyano managed to create a sparkling tune, “Brothers In Arms“, that gave me that special sensation of “uniqueness.”
Sure, we can find all the progressive house clichès in it, from a sweet vocal to a dynamic bassline (Suyano’s touch here!), but it has way more to offer when compared to the other current releases of the same genre.

I’m pretty sure that this Indian talent has some real ability with melodies. I know Suyano’s style, and even if there is a slight influence from the Dutch producer, the “Brothers In Arms” explosive pattern delighted me. It creates a happy atmosphere, with a bouncy bassline supporting the sparkling and unpredictable structure. It’s hard to describe with words, but it’s a concept that I found extremely creative, catchy, and is the real point of strength of “Brothers In Arms”. It radiated a peculiar feeling of “having a good time with a brother“, sort of vibe and is amongst the countable few where the title of an EDM song makes sense when compared to the entire drive of the song.

Speaking about the rest of the song, as already said, we have a somewhat standard breakdown. An uncredited singer does his job pretty well, while a calm and melodic base supports it. Forgettable? Not too much, but I don’t have to add anything else here. It gets way better in the second part, with that lovely solo section… So elegant, so sweet, a perfect touch for this gem.

In conclusion, “Brothers In Arms” is one of the best Revealed tracks of 2018, for me. Full support to Astra and Suyano, they successfully realized a beautiful concept, infused with happy and positive vibes.
