The third collab is the beautiful “Get Low”, by Hardwell and the Dutch duo Sick Individuals. This time, the trio decided to created an underground electro house tune. Magnetic, creative, energetic and with moombahton vibes, the tune contains enough energy for being considered as one of the best tunes of the month! The drop is fresh, presenting the classic Sick Individuals style in the melody and drums, but Hardwell added an unpredictable touch. The fills, the lead, the unexpected dynamism. “Get Low” has a simple scheme, but it’s super effective!
In the break, things start to change. The producers experimented with a moombahton structure. Despite the vocal being very generic, the scheme maintains a certain catchiness, charging up the listener for the second drop. It’s not a super interesting choice, but it works in our opinion. The biggest up of “Get Low” is the bouncy drop, and all the other parts are focused on valorizing it.
Overall, “Get Low” is a typical club banger with underground elements. Hardwell and Sick Individuals managed to release something slightly different from their previous electro house releases. From such skilled producers, the result is what fans were desiring! A catchy tune that will power up any party! There is the necessary amount of creativity, while focusing on presenting something almost hypnotic. Those notes from the melody will be stuck in your brain for the days!
Special mention to the great Sick Individuals bassline, always a guaranty of catchiness in those cases!
