For this new week, we have yet another hammering production to talk about. This time we will be talking about the up and coming Spanish producer Wildcrow. His latest work “Evolution” has captured our attention for its endearing Euphoric Hardstyle arrangements while providing an esoteric tone to up the energy levels!
While known best for his vibrant work “Memories” along with Italian DJ Luca Testa, Wildcrow has maintained his take on different festival compatible genres. Be it Electro House, or the melodic and driving Progressive House, he has delivered tracks with a different zest. “Khuli”, his previous single, consisted of shuffling basslines and chiming synthlines. At the same time, it struck out with a distinctive ethnic atmosphere. A must check out for people who favour “Kura” style Electro House.
Talking about “Evolution”, the very initiation brings narrative vocalizing about Hardstyle music. Furthermore, embedded is an ethnic vocal snippet which adds the suspenseful vibe to the instrumental. The first drop segment uses these elements, while the longer breakdown introduces the ear-hooking melody, only to be complemented later with the buzzing saw-synths. This sticks with the climactic segment following this, utilizing the bright synths and the galvanising rhythm of it. The mixture of these components, and the schematics give off an enthralling feel!
Nonetheless, “Evolution” packs requisite vigour, while at the same time, embracing a mystical and distinctive feel and sound!
