The renowned Brazilian Dj/producer FTampa continues proving his versatility in making music this year, giving focus to the trending genre Future Bass. “Light Me Up” is a lovely and charming track which is a perfect sequel to the previous tune “Glowing”.
The track initiates with a catchy guitar loop, introducing the female vocal, which has a really pleasant and alluring tone.
Slowly introducing percussion and piano, the drop comes in. The melody is really catchy and together with the drop, it is more harmonic. than the usual future bass we are used to hear! Another worth mentioning thing is the synth sound used: it really fits in with the other elements and makes the overall mood unique!
The track throughout maintains a compelling attractiveness, all thanks to the female vocal and the melody which really catches the attention.The track keeps a groovy slow chill pace which makes the vocals to get even more appreciation.
Concluding, I would say FTampa definitely surprised me with this great tune, and he has certainly benchmarked himself among contemporary EDM-Pop producers!
