“In My Head” is an atmospheric trap tune crafted by VVN, which features another talented artist named Syrne. The track keeps a sentimental mood throughout its duration, more like ambient, but nonetheless leans finally more into trap.

“All In My Head starts with soaring pads and strings, soon introducing the chiming pluck synth, playing out a melody inspiring mysticness into the atmosphere. Another female vocal comes in, and this is a sample as many can recognize it easily, but pitched up. (Its probably from the Bright Lights Vocal sample pack, which you can look up to in Splice). However, the vocal was a good choice! It doesn’t ruin the atmosphere and adds another charm to it, which I really appreciated.

Slowly escalating, the drop enters smoothly without much delay, and it is much like a future bass drop would be. Featuring saw synth, hitting long notes as the kick swerves in to create a groove. The kick soon takes a fast pace making the drop faster and kinetic.

The second breakdown brings the vocal once again but also brings in an electric guitar in the background. Slowly escalating, it introduces the same kick groove as in the drop, with another metallic synth coming in. The electric guitar switches it, and makes it even better. Without stopping here, the same drop is reintroduced to keep the kinetic.

Overall, this tune was aimed to be sentimental ambient, but trap features introduced to make a groove. Really experimental, I would say! Deep message and creative atmosphere!
