“Thunderbolt” is not just fire. It’s the kind of “fire” created by a bolt when stricking a tree.
Exposed Records is back with an incredible progressive banger made by someone not new to me. Exactly, Krimsonn is AGAIN on our discovery talents section! I reviewed his tune “Hold Me Close” two days ago (you can check the review here) and he just broke a record: nobody has been reviewed here twice in three days!
The producer from El Salvador teamed up with Magnet Kid from Guatemala and they dropped, as said, “Thunderbolt”.
Apart from being a splendid track, the title is perfect. The electric energy of the break impressed me since the first second! In fact, this is my favorite part: even if it’s just an instrumental, the quality level and the emotions shared are insane. It’s stuck in my mind.
The tribal drums are the cherry on the top: together with the mysterious female vocal, the initial atmosphere is sublime.
The drop is a progressive little gem: the complex melody is not superlative in terms of catchiness, but it’s impressive. Slightly too elaborate, so not immediate for the ears, so I suggest to pay attention in the break part, so you will get used to it.
In conclusion, “Thunderbolt” is effectively an electric and magnetic track. That’s the progressive we want. The progressive that never makes you tired, full of cool details, talent, and emotions. It’s a tune that will definitively amaze you, I hope even more than it did with me.
My full respect goes to the producers, this is a rare jewel.
