• Signature melodic approach with DnB
• Charming vocal delivered by Spencer Tucker
• Atmospheric breakdown, dynamic drop
Today we present you a new ILLICIT release, from the Italian MIDIcal and the Florida based singer Spencer Tucker.
The duo dropped an experimental Drum&Bass song mixed with the signature melodic approach by MIDIcal. The overall result sounds fresh, dynamic and with a pinch of elegance, as expected from the Canadian label products. Quite a surprise there, as we are used to chiller tracks but nonetheless, extremely appreciated.
The Italian artist has delighted already in the past with his take on Chainsmokers’ “The One“, and today we are glad to see that his unique style has developed even more! “Fall Down” valorizes the energetic and passionate vocal of Spencer Tucker with an emotional and vibrant base… Really particular and rich of emotions, always sweet but ready to explode.
That’s exactly what is happening in the drop: a sudden dnb MIDIcal bassline begins its job with perfect dynamism and a hypnotic melodic structure. It’s difficult to describe: consider it as a unique piece of melodic drum and bass with a pinch of future bass in it.
In conclusion “Fall Down” is a splendid gem crafted by two talented performers. With this said, we can also guarantee that ILLICIT rarely disappoints.
