Taking longer strides towards success, Dutch-Italian prodigy Arcando has unveiled big releases past few months. The young musician has been evidently working harder than ever to discover his experimental side, one which deviates from his usual striking Electro house sound. With releases like “Don’t Say That”, “Only One” and “Glass Heart”, we have a fair view of his diverse mentality in crafting music. Teaming up with the German talent ThatBehaviour and skilled vocalist Kait Weston, Arcando has revealed another fine production, titled “No More”. Released via Trap Nation label, “No More” showcases its subtleties and engaging attribute adeptly.
This song gives an elegant emphasis on the luscious vocal, at the same time not compensating on the melodic factor. The feel-good vibe around the vocal definitely plays a very major role in this track, making it enchanting. Even if it follows a slow and delicate groove, but the dynamics are not amiss in any way. While the breakdown starts with gentle components like piano and pads, the vocal cruises opulently with the sublime backdrop. Advancing with this dreamy pace, the chill-trap beat slowly materializes without disturbing the sweet tranquillity and harmonics of the breakdown.
Transitioning to the delectable drop, the song introduces slightly distorted synths, assisted with a gradual trap beat to enhance the kinetics. The contrasting sounds of the drop spice things up gradually. Delivering a slightly darker and serious-toned melody, the drop efficiently escalates the mood, making it even more intriguing.
It’s another conception of the classic Arcando song, thanks to ThatBehavior influence: darker, wilder, more aggressive… We appreciated it!
“No More” is an admirable work from these artists, which exquisitely presents a moody yet alluring accent, right from the first second.
