As winter has befallen, the special “warm-you-up” releases have started to hit the scene. Even Puregold Recordings has a tune to snug you up with its intensity and groovy rhythms, something a bit experimental for the Austrian label. Melbourne Bounce This tune goes by the name of “Jammin”, crafted by Impulz and Theis EZ featuring Treyy G.

All the three producers have been releasing unique bounce tracks, having their own exclusive soundset and approach to the genre.

“Jammin”, in particular, fascinated me with its snazzy trumpets and strong hallmark offbeat “bounce” bassline. The track keeps a dynamic balance between its swankiness, power, and uniqueness.

Initiating with a kick and a fast synth shot coming up, the hard bounce bass enters without delay. The intro smoothly fades away to the breakdown, which brings up fancy trumpet playing in a jazzy manner, with a breakbeat in the backdrop. Also, to supplement the ongoing groove, to give a hip-hop edge, Treyy G comes into the scene to make it even slicker. You should surely know his worldwide hit “Trumpsta”.

The riser comes in with great gusto, and with perfect timing, brings in the energetic drop. The drop features classical Melbourne synths, alongside the same trumpets but with another swing-y melody, backed by the solid offbeat bassline. The drop packs kinetic, swing and power to give a perfect result.

In conclusion, “Jammin” is equipped with lots of distinct elements to make it stand out. This release definitely is an attention catcher! Another interesting product released by Puregold.
