Today I want to present you a superlative dark trap banger by Dark PolKa and Levi Walsh.
“KING” impressed be for its freshness and aggressiveness, it was something really interesting!
The vocal, first of all, is really particular: the voice is perfectly rapping over the mysterious break base. Apart from congratulating with the ability to fit this vocal on such a difficult base, distorting it in the right moments and valorizing it, I must say that this is really creative!
Dark PolKa and Levi Walsh teamed up their styles in the drop, which has a brutal first impact. Its complexity is stunning, and even if the melody is a bit too dispersed, the overall effect is aggressive and entertaining.
“KING” is a song that few people can really understand. Its brutality may surprise you… But the dubstep influence by Dark PolKa helped it in obtaining a personality that I consider almost unique in the scene. “KING” has the right freshness and creativity, in few words.
