Max Vermeulen – Get Away Ft. Edgar Sandoval Jr.

I have chosen a splendid progressive tune from Max Vermeulen for this evening, “Get Away”!

The Dutch producer releases this vocal gem, featuring a super vocal by Edgar Sandoval Jr., which I really appreciated. Nowadays, this kind of progressive house is rare to find, especially of such a high quality! Everything is well made and entertaining, with a touch of innovation in the break but with a heavy progressive influence from producers like Alesso and Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman, for example.

It’s what I like to call “the North European” progressive style: sweet, emotional and with a careful attention to the melody. I think that the names I said before can give you a suggestion.

I’m not meaning that Max Vermeulen doesn’t have an own style. His incredible kind of melody and the creative drop impressed me. With a future bass (yes, you read it right) Max connected the current year with the vintage progressive house style. The result is something fresh, but slightly nostalgic.

Needless to say that the vocal is spectacular. The singer made a superb job, exactly the kind of vocal this song needed.

The point is that “Get Away” is a lovely track, bot creative and vintage, with a lot of personality and good vibes. Suggested!
