Today I have a really nice remix to show you!
I liked “Perfect”, it was one of my favorite songs of the Ed Sheeran album, but it was almost ignored by producers. Few remixes came out, and none of them was particularly exciting. Until today.
Kepik surprised me with a delicious progressive edit of “Perfect”. I loved it, even if for copyright reasons I can show you only the instrumental, with the vocal the edit is PERFECT.
The point of strength of this remix is that the copyright is a positive aspect, not a negative one, at a certain point of view. In fact, in this case we can focus on the beautiful break part by this American talent!
The remix begins with a calm and relaxing orchestral break. I personally love that part, euphoric and recharging, and it fits perfectly with the vocal in the full version!
After a quick buildup, the drop hits hard.
At first, it can seem a progressive drop, but Kepik added some dubstep\future bass elements (especially in the second part), making it fresher and awesome. It was a cool idea, I wasn’t expecting that!
In conclusion, with a bit of nostalgy, a wonderful orchestral mood and some creativity, Kepik reworked “Perfect” in a superb way. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!
