As the summer of 2017 leaves majestically, many labels and artist are releasing some last minute splendid tracks infused with summer vibes, as an icing on the cake. We have already reviewed some selected ones which we reasoned to be the best ones… But today we have another impressive and sumptuous tune, “Get Up” from two talented producers in the EDM scene, Farleon and Or Barak.

“Get Up” has been released on the Showland label (A label founded by the Russian Trio Swanky Tunes). If you don’t know that, it’s a subdivision of the magnificent Armada Trice label.

Talking about the artists who crafted this tune, let us first talk about Farleon. Farleon, hailing from Kazakhstan, has subtly blended the Nu-Disco and contemporary house in his productions. His latest track is a release with vocalist LeyeT, titled “Ultraviolet”. The tune is an infection blend of the Funk and future-ish Nu-Disco.

Next, we come up to Or Barak, which I’m a big fan of! In fact, he is a proficient electro house producer, definitively talented. He released recently a tune on Cell Recordings (alongside Mage) and Or Barak’s label, “Cracked Recordings”, entirely focuses on Dark Electro.

Coming back to the track, “Get Up” keeps a dynamic balance between being an enticing disco tune and an energetic future house track. The overall result is a summer and groovy track.
Initiating with a dance piano, claps, funky electric guitar and all the hallmark disco elements, the track sways and immediately catches attention. But things start rolling as the riser glides in smoothly, bringing up the nifty future house drop, equipped with splashy and swinging drop melody, breathing more energy into the track. To make the track even more ear candy, a catchy vocal has been used to make it even funkier.

Concluding, I would say that “Get Up” is a fine alluring release from those notable artists… I loved how it has ecstatic vibes embedded throughout. Recommended!
