After months of waiting, NWYR finally released their new “Saving Light” remix!
The trance alias of W&W has already gained the attention of thousands of fan, and even if this is just their third release, their style is still well defined and wonderful!
I’m talking about the big room influence in the break, in particular. I’m not actually a big expert of trance music, being honest… It’s a genre that I like listening to, but I’ve never really developed a real knowledge of it, but things may change. NWYR, in particular, are starting to create more attention towards the trance world. Just to give you an idea, because of this remix I had to search the original “Saving Light”, then I checked the Gareth Emery latest tracks, then I discovered a couple of interesting producers. I’m really proud of it.
Anyway, their remix of “Saving Light” is pretty cool!
I enjoyed the original but this one is simply on another level. In particular, I loved the drop, massive yet emotional, with a catchy melody and a stunning bassline. NWYR valorized well HALIENE vocal (pretty nice), with a calm and romantic break, composed by a sweet piano and some fxs… Suddenly some strong saws enter, giving a “2013 W&W style” vintage effect, and the party starts.
As said, I’m not an expert, and I may be influenced by the fact that NWYR are W&W, but this remix is really beautiful.
