• Creative break
• Heart touching story
• Sensational melodies and sounds

In every person’s life, there are always bad moments in which we feel like we are surrounded by a cloud of dust and we are not able to escape from it. We know that something is bad, but we are not strong enough to change it, or simply we can’t. If it’s already difficult to describe this with words, just try to imagine how difficult it might be to describe it with music. Solstice did it.

“Final Melody” is just a masterpiece, a song that it’s perfect to end a musical career… or just to hold on and continue fighting against the adversity. Since the beginning, the vocal gives me goosebumps, it’s really comfortless but pleasant at the same time. As always, the ambience of the breaks is just from another world. Solstice has a great ability to combine multiple musical influences and styles to craft a genuine and mysterious instrumental that feels unique but already heard at the same time. Maybe it’s just me, but, for example, I hear a lot of Dire Straits in some parts of the track.

Every story has its outcome, and this one isn’t an exception. If the first part was about a person who surrendered against its demons, the second one is about faith and hope. The melody is just stupefying, representing the best way possible the incredible power of the music. If we add that it’s played by a crystalline lead and a powerful kick with crazy kick rolls, we are in front of one of the best drops of Euphoric Hardstyle that I listened to in some time.

In a music scene that runs around the money, it’s really heartwarming to hear some tracks with soul and with a really high quality. Developing its own style and a characteristic and original sound, Solstice has proved to be one of the most promising producers in the Euphoric Hardstyle scene. I hope to see this extremely underrated guy having more recognition in the near future!
