• Splendid comeback to Dannic’s roots, with a brand new dynamism
• Drums, drums, druuuuums
• Electric and vibrant breakdown, one of the catchiest ever from Dannic
The brief and engaging holiday is over, and as we start our chores for the next coming months, there is a huge list in front of us. Picking up a song among this all is obviously tough, but to our relief, a major release has revealed itself. This production we are going to talk about today is from the Dutch luminary and veteran Dannic, who is revered for his rhythmic electro groove sound across the globe. This time, he is back with his original and fresh sound on his new single “Clash”, which has been specifically crafted for the energetic festival crowd.
Performing successful experiments, Dannic has also been showing his vibrancy with summer-inspired tracks, one of them being his preceding month’s “SOS”, which was a delectable and contemporary remake of the original released around 2011. Before that, we witnessed the monolithic collaboration between the Dutchman and Rob & Jack, titled “Bring Di Fire”. We can clearly see a definable pattern, as Dannic is satisfying his interests on a variety of styles without deviating from his essence. This is quite impressive, as many musicians ultimately end up making a particular genre.
Coming back to the topic, “Clash” particularly focuses on aggressive elements, supplementing the ongoing percussion laden groove with growls and wobbles. The introductory part sways towards the drop, as the riser transition elevates it. Upon hitting, chiming plucks strapped with dynamic bassline strikes with intensity. Shuffling for next thirty seconds or so, the following breakdown spices things even more. Utilising a catchy melody, aided by appropriate pluck and pad synths, the breakdown brims with sumptuous hand raising vibes. Capturing the attention with efficacy, this segment ricochets towards the final drop, which embeds even more energy and vigour one could expect!
Summarising, it will be worth to say Dannic has manufactured a formidable weapon for his fans to rave along, without hesitations!
