Firebeatz have just presented their new single ‘Remember Who You Are’. It’s a strange release, because many fans thought it was with the other duo Dubvision (and in fact, the song smells of their progressive style). In addition, the official Soundcloud link states “Dubvision-Firebeatz”, so the title has been probably changed. They have also excited the scene lately by forming a new super-group called “MetaFour”.

Firebeatz have been producing for around a decade, and have been an influential part of Spinnin Records. During 2017, they have parted way with Spinnin Records, and have their own imprint called Ignite Records. During the years, this dynamic duo has been inspiring and tantalising the fans and producers with their energetic productions.

‘Remember Who You Are’ got released on Ignite Recordings. It has a beautiful melody to it, adding the vocal chop makes it even more beautiful. Personally, I admire this song because of the voice, which rhymes on with the instrumental, creating an imposing expression. It is truly hard to figure out how these producers got the idea for the beautiful and alluring melody.

The drop is extremely fresh, with a slight “Zedd mood”… More oriented to create a relaxing feeling, rather than in dynamism. This doesn’t mean that “Remember Who You Are” is static! It’s simply more sweet and relaxing than the usual progressive house.

I would conclude by saying that ‘Remember Who You Are’ is definitely a hypnotic work and a superlative summer anthem. For the fans, this one soothes your ears with perfection.
