Stadiumx, Protocol veterans, are back on Nicky Romero’s label with a fresh piece of experimental house! They teamed up with Going Deeper (Armada & Hexagon artists) and MC Flipside (for the vocal), delivering “Dangerous Vibes” to fans.
They nailed it with the choice of the title. “Dangerous Vibes” is an experiment, something unusual for Protocol and Stadiumx fans. However, this was predictable, since we have Going Deeper and their infinite creativity here! We have bass house influences, mixed with a hip-hop vocal, and old school future-electro house. A futuristic hybrid, but not a bad song, absolutely not!
“Dangerous Vibes” bring some innovation to the Stadiumx discography. A lovely vocal by MC Flipside begins to play… And we already feel that this is out of the ordinary! It has some hardstyle influences, being precise, because of the emotional speech and the ascending climax. We suggest listening to it. A great and fascinating message behind the lyrics!
Then, after this cinematic part, “Dangerous Vibes” presents its acid drop. A bass house approach mixed with Stadiumx groovy vibes smashes the ears of the listener, with an aggressive awakening! The catchy melody plays a hypnotic scheme, while MC Flipside fills add a spicy dynamism to the bass house lead. A great drop, with mixed styles and a lot of personality!
“Dangerous Vibes” is a good song. Stadiumx showed to be open to bass house influences again, and Going Deeper managed their debut on Protocol really well. Special mention to MC Flipside, his vocal was wonderful!
