LO’99 ft. Elizabeth Rose – From The Start

November 1, 20171 min read

It is always a pleasure to hear such subtle happy deep house tracks. The groove and the bouncy basslines coupled with a certain vocal always make a perfect dance combination. One such track which I encountered was “From The Start” from LO’99, hailing from Sydney, featuring a luscious vocal from Elizabeth Rose.

The overall track follows a house-y arrangement. Starting with the catchy vocal, keeping the standard deep house groove with hats and kick, but nonetheless attention catching and groovy. £From The Start” escalates a bit before letting the drop come in smoothly, with vocal chops floating above the bouncy deep basslines and synths.

The drop continues for 30-35 seconds before changing to the second breakdown, keeping the same pace from the drop. Finally, the percussions and basslines give away to the vocal, which leads directly to the drop again.

My conclusion on this track would be that is ear candy enough to get a party gets going. The vocal and the synths keep a charming chemistry throughout the track which makes it quite good. The track definitely should be on your playlist for your oncoming Saturday night party.
