• As usual, classic Row Rocka structure: brutal electro house
• Dynamic drop, fresher than expected
• Catchy break, rich of stamina and aggressiveness

As said in an old review, we have a little problem with Row Rocka’s drops. We can’t connect very much with them, despite appreciating their uniqueness and creativity. Today, surprise surprise, we can finally declare that we have an exception. “Volta” is our favourite song by the Dutch producer Row Rocka, a delicious and intriguing electro house banger!

Row Rocka’s music is quite predictable in terms of genre: only electro house stuff, with no variations. However, it doesn’t mean that it’s boring or generic… Au contraire. Since the beginning (“Empire“, 5 years ago), the young talent kept an aggressive and quite unique approach to the genre. His sound is immediately recognizable, because of its particular vibes and the fact of being present in every Row Rocka existing production. 9 months ago we left him with “No Access“, and now we finally hear again the signature, mastodontic sound.

Anyway, let’s get back to “Volta”!
This time we truly enjoyed the drop: classic Row Rocka vibes (as said, that wasn’t a surprise), but a catchier melody than usual, with a bouncy bassline supporting the brutal lead. It’s mainly a subjective matter, but we felt more connected with “Volta” than usual.

Speaking about the break, well… The artist is extremely talented in that topic. His breaks are always electric, sparkling, ready to explode, bringing an insane amount to stamina. “Volta” doesn’t disappoint in that, of course.
In conclusion, this Revealed release entertained us more than expected. We still don’t “feel” the Row Rocka style as complete, we would love to see him challenged in a collaboration (maybe with Hardwell?), but we definitively suggest “Volta”. A great song.
