• This remix transforms the pace-lacking and delightful single to gargantuan festival tune
• While the breakdown keeps the vocal as leading element, the drop proceeds with dynamism
• With signature sounds in play, it stands out without further doubt

Just few days ago, the label-boss of leading Dutch Label, Nicky Romero, once again demonstrated his might and mettle with a splendid revamp. This luminary gave a dynamic twist to Afrojack’s “One More Day”, also featuring German duo-logy Jewel & Sparkz. And the result is fabulous to the ears, as we once again get re-introduced to the familiar uplifting style of progressive, jam-packed with melodies and alluring elements to keep the listener hooked till the last-minute.

Before we go ahead with the remix, let us analyse the original as briefly as possible.

Released just a month back, the Dutch mastermind Afrojack revealed his umpteenth track of this year along Jewel & Sparkz. As hinted before by the cover art, the production is a charming future bass song. With sublime vocal enamouring the delicate instrumental, it delivered the requisite vibe we could expect from it. However, it would be futile to speculate about an absence of apt reworks. Thirty long days of wait proved worthy, as a festival-compatible version soon arrived crafted by none other than Nicky Romero. Boasting of uplifting chords and pumping bassline, this remix upturns the scenario with its intensity and competence.

Initiating with the breakdown, we get re-introduced to the magnificent female voice but sped-up for obvious reasons. Underneath the vocal, a typical arpeggiating synth complements it with trap drums. But this brief segment halts to transform to the majestic drop synths, which slowly elevate with a riser, finally enveloping with dominance. The drop sweeps in with gusto, as it places a spotlight on the fine-drawn and pleasant melody. Added to this are the bassline synths, filling up the audio-spectrum with more harmonics. Utilizing the avid melody and the first-rate synth choice, the drop aces the game with its exquisite ingredients!

In a few words, this powerful remix certainly hypes up the atmosphere for Nicky’s oncoming ID, as he continues to awe-inspire us and his fans admirably!
