Plata o plomo?
“Narco” is surely one of the most awesome tracks of this cold Autumn!
Blasterjaxx teamed up with the Australian genius Timmy Trumpet, and their long-awaited collaboration is finally here!
“Narco”, inspired by Pablo Escobar, and his related tv series, “Narcos”, is a catchy and massive big room banger.
Timmy Trumpet immediately explains the meaning of his artist name: as in almost every song of him, a catchy trumpet begin to play. The melody is hypnotic, exotic, and perfectly related to the “South American” mood of the track. In fact, it has some similarities with “flamenco”, the popular South American dance music.
Then, Blasterjaxx explains too why they are here: a massive lead adds up to the trumpet, creating a buildup, then the drop starts to hit.
The drop is wonderful as expected by such important producers: catchy, strong, powerful. The melody is still stunning, the trumpet and the lead fit well together: a balanced drop, indeed.
“Narco” is a powerful anthem, that will hypnotize you with its unique mood and hypnotic melody.
Timmy Trumpet made a majestic job, as always, and Blasterjaxx definitively added that “big room” touch to the drop, creating an enjoyable and balanced mix.
Even if the vocal is quite generic, “Narco” has certainly not disappointed! Blasterjaxx demonstrates, once again, to be on fire, while Timmy Trumpet showed that he’s not out of ideas yet.
