My latest reviews were focused on the top artists in the scene so I was wondering to review something interesting from a relatively unknown name that I am sure he/she will deserve more support than most of the global producers nowadays. Then, I found “Eye to Eye” in Charge Records from ay-Mill, LeThomson and Aiaya; a production that caught me by surprise with an impressively catchy vocal performance.
Aiaya’s work on this song is out of this world, she carries the weight of this track giving an incredible catchy rhythm with smoothful lyrics, even in “vocal chops mode”. let’s not forget that the singer has already some important collabs, with names such as R3HAB and GAMPER & DADONI!
The creators also added a fantastic tribal rhythm in the second half of the song. Yes, the vocal part deserves a whole paragraph itself in my honest opinion.
Speaking about the production from ay-Mill and LeThomson, the result is really captivating, with slower moments for breathing and feel the energy this drop has to offer. I really like the use of the synths here and the bobbly drop is simply amazing. I was caught by surprise by the drop part and its hybrid schema between Bass and Future House elements.
Concluding, “Eye to Eye” is an incredible song made by promising young talents with passion about music and it is perfect to introduce people into Future House or EDM itself.
