One of the uprising electro house label for in EDM scene, Alpha Records, has again as usual released another stunning production! “Prophet” is a new banger from Nightro, a very talented duo from Peru & India. We already have reviewed some of their ingenious works before, so this shouldn’t be a new name for you. Another duo who has contributed is Make The Bump, hailing from New Jersey. We recommend you checking out their tracks too.

“Prophet” has been precisely equipped with dominating drops and a catchy breakdown. However, the title was a bit amusing, as you might have seen, it is written “featuring 98.20.11”. For those of you who might not know about the duo, 98.20.11 is an alias of one member, so it’s should be like “Nightro ft. 1\2 Nightro”. Not a big deal, the funny title doesn’t hinder the track from being a colossal tune.

Starting with a groovy big room intro, with a plucky arp and firm big room kick, the intro leads up to the riser. Slowly bringing up the drop synths, the drop impacts with aggressiveness.

The drop contains piercing sharp electro synth, playing out an equally groovy and compelling melody. To complement the aggressive drop, peppy percussion has been added to make it more dynamic.

“Prophet” pauses in time to introduce the catchy breakdown. Starting with some vocal chop and a silent pluck sound in the backdrop, leading up to introducing the main electro pluck, playing out a melody, quickly rising to the supersaw synths. Blazing out the melody with vigorous saw synths, the songs bring back the riser. But here comes an innovative twist, instead of just repeating over the drop, the track switches to a harder and fast-paced drop. The tempo swiftly ascents as the riser plays, parting to the competent and rapid version of the earlier drop.
Before getting to the outro, another trap drop hits with tenacity to keep the stamina peaking through.

My final words “Prophet” would be that this track leaves no doubt of a meticulous production by the artists involved. Awesome!
