“Fall” is an interesting future electro pop release from the upcoming Boston based duo FREEVO. The track contains catchy vocals, chill house elements, and has some pretty unique moments in it.
Initiating with a male vocal, for a few seconds before introducing a wobbly electro synth (kind of reminded me of the synth of Avicii’s Lonely Together)
The drop glides in smoothly with a plucking synth riff and a bell (kinda like a bicycle bell), which even follows a lovely simplistic melody, and finally some hi-hats to supplement the rhythm.
The synth subsides to the incoming attractive female vocal, which subtly leads back to the male vocal and the drop recurs, this time dominant by the plucking synth with ambient pads.
Overall, I would say quite a fantastic chill tune from the duo. I’m curious to see their future releases.
